The proposal asked for funding for a project to support a group of starting female entrepreneurs in the North of Uruguay. The C3-methodology (Circuit of Commercial Credit) would enable cheap microcredits to these women and the chance to earn the money to pay back the credits. In a C3-network purchasing power created by for example microcredit, stays within the network because it only can be spent locally.
